(1.) UN-SKILLED MANPOWER :-
We are provide unskilled manpower for pantry, loading / unloading , segregating , packing , forwarding , material-shifting etc.
(2) SEMI SKILLED / SKILLED MANPOWER :-
We also provide semi skilled/skilled manpower i.e. Fitter / Turner / Welder (Arc, Spot & Mig) Electrician / Machinist / Press operator / Fork lift driver etc. for daily production basis.
(3) HIGHLY SKILLED MANPOWER :-
We also provide highly skilled manpower i.e. Diploma Holders, Engineers (All category’s Engineers)/Computer Operator/Data Entry Operator/ Office Assistance/ Accounts Assistance and Supervisors etc.
(4) HOUSE KEEPING :-
We also provide sweepers for hygiene & sanitation of the unit with and without cleaning material.
Rates : -
A. Wages : 285 per day for 8 Hrs.
B. PF 13 % : On PF Wages Salary
C. ESIC 4 % : On Gross Salary
Note: Employee which is not covered in ESIC, then actual premium of W.C. policy will be charged to the company.
